As a result of our vote to include the Auxiliary as regular club members, changes have been made to the bylaws as follows:

1. All references to Auxiliary and Auxiliary Board of Trustees (ABT) have been removed.
2. The amount of money the Treasurer may expend without Board approval was increased to $150.
3. Under Lifetime membership, members who do not attend a meeting once a calendar year will be placed in Inactive Status. While in the Inactive status, the member will not be permitted to vote on club matters nor have their name listed in the Memorial Day and Veterans Day programs.

The bylaws are posted for review by the membership for a minimum of 30 days. At our Jun 12, 2025 meeting we will vote on the proposed changes.
