You’re going to love being a member of the Veterans Club of Celebration. Our organization has a wonderful group of people that enjoy participating in meetings, community events, social events, parades, and much, much more!

Rank of Veteran

Enter your highest rank while serving in the military (examples are Private, Seaman, Corporal, Sergeant, Master Sergeant, Warrant Officer 2, First Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel, General)

Dates of Service

Enter the service person’s dates of service (i.e. when the service member was in the military). Examples are May 1970 to May 1976, February 1978- October 1990. Multiple date periods can be separated with commas. If you’re unsure of the exact dates enter dates to the best of your knowledge.

Proof of Service

Once we accept your application, you’ll need to show us some kind of proof of service when we meet you. Best manner of proof is a Form DD-214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty), DD-256 (Honorable Discharge Certificate), veterans ID card, veterans benefits paperwork, veterans designation on your driver’s license. If you’re unsure how to find it, just enter “Unsure”. Don’t worry, if you need help with the proof of service, we’ll help you out!

Include any additional information or questions you’d like to include with the application. For example, if you want to know where meetings are held, what attire to wear (that’s an easy one), or anything else we can do to assist you in the application process. We want you to feel comfortable with the application process so all questions will be answered!
