“Heaven has gained a spunky little angel today. My beloved grandmother, Carmen Gallego has passed peacefully in her sleep. She was a wonderful woman, caring mother and grandmother. I was very close to her growing up. I spent every day after school at my grandparents home finishing homework and watching cartoons. She was the best cook in the world. She had the most amazing recipes and loved cooking for her family. She was always so proper and dressed to impress. I will miss her dearly but I am so happy she is at peace. She is with her son, sisters, parents and many other friends and family. They are partying in heaven right now. Love you grandma. RIP ❤️ Tony Gallego”
